A specialized manufacturing network, coordinated as one project.
Rather than operating as a conventional trading company or relying on the capabilities of a single factory, we coordinate specialized resources across yarn sourcing, knitting, linking, dyeing, finishing and quality control. This allows each project to be evaluated according to its product category, intended performance, order volume and target cost.
Production is carried out through selected manufacturing and processing partners. Nalmoria remains directly involved in the essential project stages: specification development, material selection, sampling, production planning, quality inspection and delivery coordination.
Our value is not the ownership of every machine. It is the ability to understand sock construction, organize suitable production resources and keep critical decisions visible from brief to delivery.
