Production & quality

One specification. One coordinated workflow.

We coordinate selected material suppliers, manufacturing resources and processing steps around the approved product, while keeping quality expectations and project ownership visible throughout production.

Manufacturing coordination

Quality starts with the product decision.

Many quality problems begin with unclear specifications. Before production, the approved sample, material, size, colors, branding, packaging, testing and inspection expectations should be confirmed.

Transparency statement

Production is carried out through selected manufacturing and processing partners. Nalmoria remains involved in specification, sampling, production coordination and quality follow-up, while partner-owned facilities, equipment and certificates are never presented as our own. Project-specific capabilities are confirmed before quotation and order acceptance.

  1. 01Material and color confirmation
  2. 02Sample and specification approval
  3. 03Pre-production detail check
  4. 04In-process follow-up where required
  5. 05Finished-product inspection to agreed scope
  6. 06Packing, testing and document confirmation

One coordinated point of contact

Multiple specialists should not mean fragmented responsibility.

Buyers should not need to coordinate yarn suppliers, knitting, finishing and inspection independently. We organize the workflow, keep specification changes visible and bring unresolved decisions back to one project conversation.

Digital tools may support product-information organization and option comparison, but pricing, production acceptance and quality decisions remain under human review.

Evidence before claims

Testing is arranged around the buyer's actual requirement.

Where a project needs product-specific test documents, the test scope, target market, laboratory, sample, cost and acceptance criteria are confirmed before testing. We do not present one test report as blanket certification for every product.
