No. A complete tech pack is useful, but customer-supplied visual references can be reviewed first. We then identify the material, structure, size, color, artwork and performance questions that are still open.

Yes. A physical reference can make fit, thickness, hand feel and construction discussions more specific. Shipping details should be confirmed with Austin before sending anything.

The website inquiry tool prepares a text brief and does not upload or store files. After the first contact, images and other files can be shared through email or WhatsApp.

A broad range of non-medical custom sock categories can be evaluated. The current presentation focuses on soccer, yoga and Pilates grip, and hiking or outdoor socks. Medical-purpose socks are not supplied.

Artwork application depends on the knitting structure, yarn, colors, scale and chosen branding method. Please send only artwork you are authorized to use. Feasibility is reviewed before sampling.

Yes, yarn composition, hand feel, functional direction, color and pattern requirements can be discussed. Final feasibility depends on sourcing, construction, testing needs, quantity and target-market requirements.

Yes. Sampling gives both sides a practical reference for structure, fit, color, artwork and workmanship. The appropriate confirmation route still depends on the project.

The current MOQ starts from 120 pairs per color per size. Material, construction, yarn availability and special processes may still affect the final order structure.

A sample fee is collected before sample development. After the corresponding bulk order is placed, the sample fee is refunded, so sampling is effectively free for projects that proceed to bulk production. If no bulk order is placed, the sample fee is non-refundable.

Timing depends on product category, style, quantity, yarn sourcing and process complexity. A project schedule is discussed after the specification and production route are reviewed.

Nalmoria is a supply-chain-integrated sock manufacturing partner. We combine product-level development with selected manufacturing and processing resources, without claiming ownership of every facility, machine or employee involved.

The confirmed specification becomes the working reference for production follow-up, agreed checkpoints, quality-control coordination and shipment preparation.

No individual packaging is included by default. If packaging, labeling or special transport protection is required, the specification, cost and transport risk must be discussed separately.

When a buyer needs product-specific test documentation, third-party testing can be arranged after the required standard, target market, laboratory, sample, cost and acceptance criteria are confirmed. This is not a blanket certification claim for every product.

Quotations can be prepared in US dollars (USD) or Chinese yuan (CNY). The standard deposit is 40% of the confirmed order value; the remaining payment arrangement is confirmed directly for the order.

DDP may be available depending on the destination and project. Share the delivery address or destination during the inquiry so the available route and details can be discussed directly.
